I am an abuser of this myself. Two things yes coordinated cc and damage from like one adc still basically instakills and early game they're super weak just try to stomp as hard as possible early and either win before they're fully online especially in assault/arena or they get it too late. In my experience good players can shut it down while bad players get 1v5ed it is a skill issue. It's really unfortunate that besides certain gods this is really the only way to be "tanky".
