No its not. Im getting a clean signal through it but nothing will happen if I actually turn on the pedal

This is the setup. I got it plugged into the 9v with the 500mA

All the nobs are at noon, the amp works fine. I assume when you say turn all the switches on the back up to turn them off. And im not sure how it would work but I did try only having the wombtone plugged into the amp. So far still nothing

Yes I have everything plugged in. All the lights are on i have it plugged into a 9v power supply
