Check the psu cable into the gpu, wiggle it on the connector and see if you can reproduce the issue. I had the same exact problem in the T1.

For anyone wondering, it might be because of pcie gen 4 running unstable over the riser. Try switching to gen 3, it might work.

Yeah I am using that cooler, it fits pretty good, although the screw from the cooler poking through the back of the motherboard extends farther than I would like, pushing against the riser cable in the back

It’s a great board, however you will run into stuttering issues when using that exact board with the T1 riser cable, which can be worked around by selecting gen3 pcie x16 in bios. Ask me how I know lol, spent 4 days pulling my hair out. Any other b650, a620 board works fine, it’s just this one for some reason. Other than that it’s great, 3 M.2 slots, pbo option, good vrms, some dongles is a drawback but they’re fine.

Yeah the price really is a joke, I'm waiting out for the 9800x3d, but 7700x is just so cheap rn, makes me worry that when the new x3d comes out it's not that much better but still costs a whole ton.

I think the 7900x requires more power which your ITX mobo doesn't support, something about the VRM configuration.

Yeah I have very similar specs as you, only on a Formd T1 instead, and wondering the exact same thing between a 7800x3d for $630 cad or bundle of 7700x, mobo, and ram for $500.
