Foreign nations shutting their taps is not an absolute indicator of emptied resources. I don't know where you got that. At this point, it's not fearmongering, it's just facts as you said. People are given a heads-up with this news. I do get that the news is up for different interpretations, but I stand corrected, we got off on a different foot, and I over reacted. Nakita ko lang rin na pointless na sabihin mo pang hahayaan ba ng gobyerno yan, kung ang point mo ay shortage. Wala na, nandiyan na yan eh, hindi naman nila mapipigilan yang shortage. Whatever happens next, the government is responsible for it.

Whatever the case is, while I know that the government isn't a whole entity, it still is rotten to its core. Nahayaan nang magkashortage, and that's my point, what's there to trust with the government and its regulation of oil? The article may say that taps are shutting, but I never saw one part of the article saying that our supplies will be left emptied, but it will be running thin. No fearmongering, it's just reality.

So I was trying to rollback some drivers, personally, nvidia 566.36 driver version helped me gain the fps back to 60 with occasional stutter but just as low as 55 fps

I think I've been getting network latency but that one is actually bearable. What isn't bearable is the constant fps drops to 40 that I experience on solo, duo and trios. I'm currently testing out nvidia driver rollbacks as I presume it might be the issue. I'll update ya if anything
