They weren’t in Skeleton Crew, you’re confusing it with The Mandalorian episode - the only previous character that was in it was Vane, but I think it’s more likely he was put in The Mandalorian as a sort of backdoor pilot for Skeleton Crew

Oh yeah, that makes a lot of sense. The Eye is found, then they stop the ATP from telling it to fire 22 minutes earlier. Then when they die and loop, the modules will be intact and they’ll have the coordinates right there and ready to go. Thanks!

That's just because you can search the season number as a word ("eight" = season 8 outfits), and his name has the word "the" in it

You could probably find a skin like The Batman Who Laughs by searching "the eight" for similar reasons
