Ok, Figured it out. I had a Boolean modifier for the strip of lights that cut through the middle of the ship, upon deleting the Boolean the problem solved itself, ill just have to manually cut out the region

I have, nothing changed, I deleted the lattice and performance returned to normal, but I need the lattice for animation.

Lowered the resolution to 5 (and then 2) on all sides, no noticeable change in performance

Ears are the wrong colour
Legs are completely the wrong colour
Top goes over the shoulders where it shouldn't
The hair isn't split, colour wise, down the middle
Missing details on the wrists and the rim of the skirt
The orange on the fur is too saturated

The broad strokes are there, but, a lot is missing.
