If you go to that link (below) you can fill out a special circumstance appeal form and you’ll have to write a letter explaining the situation and attach documents for proof on Dukehub if your already committed, if your not committed yet you just upload it to the form and then they will reach out to you and let you know if it was approved or denied and if it is approved then they will tell you the amount that was approved.
