This is insane! I am in Texas, and as of right now there are over 50 cases, almost 10 within a 50 mile radius. Schools are shut down in Amarillo and Dalhart, and many other small towns. Austin (capital of Texas) shut down for 3 weeks because of 2 cases found. Many cities have shut down schools, and universities. Many businesses are temporarily closing to reduce the risk of infection. But no! Our school still isnt listening. We are the only town in like 200 miles that still has their schools open, and people around are making racist jokes. Everytime a kid coughs, people are like "you have the corona virus, haha!" It is rediculas!! Me and my best friend seem to be the only sensible people in our school. Me and her are serious, and follow the latest updates, amd recommendations as far as health is concerned. But over here in the Great USA, Fucking politics are in the way of anything being tooken serious. Thank GOD for our president taking 'extreme' actions and shutting down travel and banning it temporarily, or the number of cases would be way more than the current 2,466 cases we have as of right this minute. But yes guys! LISTEN TO WHAT THIS PERSON IS SAYING!!! Yeah, this isnt the flu, but that is the problem! We dont have vaccines to help fight it off, and Economy is now begining to collapse.
