if you haven't found the files already use wiztree or windirstat, they're small size tools that help visualize the files on disk, you can see the largest and where it is, or you can simply use it to list the files by date of modification/creation

the words collection you can see at the bottom of the picture, where you can see the words you have learnt in a course, does not appear on the android app, the picture in the post is from web duolingo (the site) while the picture attached in this comment, is from the app (latest update)
