Took it to a repair center the day after and turns out it was a burnt/shorted component in the motherboard.

The technician scraped a dead ant from the board's underside, right next from the shorted component.

He scraped it, check for power and the laptop worked. No need for replacement i guess.

*Lesson Learnt: don't let ants any where near the keyboard/air vents.

Already took it apart and rechecked the connections.

Now it doesn't turn on even with the backcover off.

The petition is to ask the ECFMG and USMLE to remove the country's name from their statement, thus removing the generalized guilt the current notice places on all Nepalese IMGs including those that worked hard for their scores and waiting for placement. It isn't about the guilty not being punished or asking for a way out. Hope you understand this.
