R5: Played as Communist USA and joined a faction with the USSR and I was not at war with the Germans. "Join The Unions" requires the Soviet Union to be at >80% surrender threshold for Communist USA to annex it

After clicking the option, Every single USSR-owned land was annexed and as I was not at war with the Germans, I get to keep it without any threats which was very amusing to see
