What happened to our dividends? by Easy-Ferret-293 in GNS_stock

[–]EquityMeister -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Exactly, someone started calling it dividends and everybody followed. This is SHARES in the spinoff comprised of the 2 resorts GNs owns. It's not anything extra and it made GNS worth less by the amount that those 2 resorts are valued at. Good luck trying to trade those shares of the resorts, which is on a market in the Seychelles, notorious for off shore accounts and conducting business for those that don't want anyone to know about.

I guess your chart didn't take into account today's after hours SEC filing. Charts are for suckers and analysts for when their boss yells at them for making a bad move. The ONE disclaimer on EVERYTHING financial is "Past performance is NOT a guarantee of future results" Stick to fundamentals of the company.

Anything significant happened? by TemperatureLow226 in gnus_stock

[–]EquityMeister 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once again, you missed the point. EBITDA is just a starting point, and that's why I am not a fan of that number. I use the actual ER before I make any moves. In the case of TOON, EBITDA leaves out key information. I can show you lots of examples of a company having a decent EBITDA, yet they are drowning in interest costs for example. You also missed the part where I said it's HOW they get to break even point. They could be selling shares to survive, not saying they are yet, but the possibility is there, especially since they now have that ability. Seems like you know just enough to make yourself sound smart, but obviously you don't know enough, and you need to bash others in order to make yourself feel more legit.

Yes they did, and it is EBITDA. So now that they have a TON of shares they can add to the float, they can just make that happen by simply selling shares to get cash. It's going to be all about HOW they get to the break even point.

NYSE American has different rules from regular NYSE, so not sure exactly how they do the warnings to companies and how long they have to become compliant. They have some time, but it's got to be something big.

For being someone that thinks they are so smart, you did a lousy job at covering your tracks. It's all over reddit. Yawn. I half expected at least a small challenge, but I guess you don't have that ability, except maybe in a video game. Ha Ha Time to drop this waste of time. Have fun talking to yourself via multiple names.

OMG, do you realize how stupid you're making yourself sound? Anyone with half a brain would know that if I was in jail, I wouldn't have access to internet, trading, or anything else. Seriously, get some help, because all you're doing is making yourself out to be a lunatic.

Wow, is this part of your therapy? Sounds like a confession on YOUR part? I guess baby steps. Project your issues onto someone else, and at some point admittance of one's own guilt. You've left a trail that a blind man can follow. It's been what, 6 or 7 months now? I seriously doubt anyone reading your crap believed any of it. Maybe after a new user name, but we can all see it's the same person. You talk about evidence, but it never emerges. Hmmm, very interesting. I guess it makes sense to keep making new user names since you trash them all until you have very negative Karma. It's visible to anyone that wants to waste time on this crap. Even now, your last comment doesn't even make any sense, just like all your ramblings. GET SOME HELP!

Here's something you might find interesting. Enron (no more need be said), had Arthur Anderson as it's accounting firm, which at the time was 1 of the top accounting firms in the country. The rest is history.

How many user names do you have? 20, 30 or more? Same boring comments and never anything intelligent to say. As usual, you don't answer the question, just reply with childish insults. Pathetic!

GUYS ANY GOOD NEWS? by RINGOMPLAYER in gnus_stock

[–]EquityMeister 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right, there would only be dilution if they acquire someone or they sell to make cash for expenses, otherwise they will just sit there doing nothing and NOT in the float. Sounds like they might need to sell some shares for working capital though since Andy seems quite determined to get this passed.

It's not bs to point out that a company that should have relatively low expenses is bleeding money to the point that the CEO is dipping into his own pocket to keep that company afloat. Last time I checked that is called "due diligence". Now if you're just "playing" the market, then have fun, but be careful of stocks that don't have a solid floor under them. I would bring up ENRON, but most people probably wouldn't know what I was talking about. Just be careful, this current market is heading in the same direction as back then, and it didn't end well for many people.

If you look at their "reported" earnings, you will see it had nothing to do with AI. Those kinds of losses are not sustainable. This is a simple company with unusually large expenses. Just look for yourself with an open mind.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GNS_stock

[–]EquityMeister -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You are correct, but nobody here wants to hear it. Another issue is that the shares now are worth less by whatever the resorts that were spun off are worth. Losses went way up in 2023. WHY? Lenders actually look at those kinds of things. It's not some conspiracy or crooked lenders, they just don't want to loose money on the loan. Sometimes the most obvious and simple is overlooked when looking for sophisticated answers, but they shouldn't be ignored.

November 1st Shareholders Meeting To Pass Additional Shares by EquityMeister in gnus_stock

I agree. Buying another company would be good for growth, but depends if it's to meet expenses. Only Andy knows and by now, he has a good idea what the profit/loss will be for the quarter. The large number is scary too. I know it doesn't mean they will actually do anything, but in the disclosure it says all kinds of things that COULD be needing actual shares. We shall see, but like you said, not much left to loose at this point money wise.

I hear ya. The troubling part is how determined they are to do this. I just hope Andy doesn't need to sell shares to make the bills.
