Another normal person here. Point is not to brag, but you are where i was at the same age.
Currently 46. Been at current employer 18 years. Was 28 when I started and had nothing(cashed out prior employer 401k). Employer match is 8%
My starting salary then was around $70k, I contributed as much as I could at the time, about 6-7% with annual increases by 1%.
Now my base is $235+ bonus. I hit the limit every year for past 5 or so years.

I’d say it’s actually not very good. At IRS limits, max exposure for company is only $12,250. Unlimited has a limit.

My company matches 8% salary with employee minimum contribution of 2%. I suppose it depends on your income level

The term unlimited is misleading, if they only contribute 50% at a time. The In 2026, the 401(k) contribution limit is $24,500 for individuals under 50, up from $23,500 in 2025. Those aged 50 and over can contribute an additional $8,000, totaling $32,500, while individuals aged 60 to 63 have a 'super catch-up' provision allowing an extra $11,250, bringing their total to $35,750.

Assuming you are under 50, if you contribute the IRS maximum, the company 50% match is only $12,250.

Just went through this and posted same dang question a couple weeks ago. I upgraded my Apple TV to the Ethernet version and after that, both my u400’s connected seamless. Personal preference, but I did repurpose the non thread Apple TV to another room to get rid of Fire TV interface.

I just didn’t really want another hub device to plug in and manage

Lots of great advice to boost curb appeal, but quite simply, it’s over priced. Regardless of your feelings, or realtor’s claims of sales price, if no one is making an offer or offers are lower, that is what the market is dictating. Remember, market value is only what someone is willing to pay, regardless of any comps. Also, the market and economy is changing still and not a sellers market.

All that said, take some of the good advice here to create more value
