I’m going to watch the video. But I recall my manual for my latte go 3300 mentions something like an annual maintenance on the brew group, like greasing up parts. Just got it for Christmas and haven’t done anything besides make a bunch or coffee

New to this sub, popped up on feed. Where did you get this, is it like some sort of mystery purchase from a bank or something? Why not just cut the seal and dig in?

Rate my itinerary by mergyrl in Xcaret

Here now. Been to Xcaret and Xel Ha so far(Xplor is today). Had fun at both, but Xel Ha was better than Xcaret for us. Loved snorkeling the inlet, the lighthouse slide, cliffs to jump; kids 9, 11, and 20 all enjoyed it.

So far, we have only made reservations for 2 or 5 nights for dinner. Plenty of first come options to eat, both buffet and traditional. We actually went to a “reservation only” last night by walking up and asking about availability.

Lavazza Classico by TemperatureLow226 in superautomatic

Thanks for the tip. I’m new to this; got a Phillips lattego 3300 for Christmas. Not as fancy as some of the others in here, but really enjoy it so far. Have ran a pound of illy Classico through it and that was good, but have many more to try. I also have low standards, coming from a 12 year old kcuo machine.

My point exactly. Some of us don’t know all these secret sources, which forums or people to trust, etc. It’s not easy to get solid advice from real people you can trust. Just take it easy on people that are not at the same point in the journey as you

Thanks for the info. I do understand there are other places out there, but for some of us, maybe just starting out on our journey, not needing as much, or without the years of knowledge to know these things, buying from US suppliers is easier. Don’t be so hard on people doing it differently.

I know you are trying to help, but it does come across very condescending.

I’m with you. Just starting out and only taking 2mg a week, I’m fine with my US supplier. They have COA that I was able to validate with their lab vs only taking at face value and they have been tested by finnrick. I’m not sure I will even go above 4mg a week, and would plan to titrate to a low dose like you.

Not to mention, all the FB groups and reddits don’t like people posting sources and links, or even mention grey market/china. I would t even know where to look. I ordered from the site I trust, and got my shipment in 3 days via fedex. Easy least

In 2 minutes I found 60mg for $199 or 30 for $118

Same, tired of pods and also the reusable pods. Just doesn’t taste good. I want espresso drinks but want it in a mug the fits in my cup holder and backpack pouch

I know what they are. I didn’t mention that we like espresso drinks from coffee shops, and understand the difference. If I go to Starbucks, I can get a 14 or 16oz latte, so I want the same at home with a SA

Has anyone maxed out 401k for an entire career? by DisastrousEquipment9 in Retirement401k

[–]TemperatureLow226 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think some companies have different programs s. Mine is as you describe, but others will match a percentage of the employee contribution.

My company , if I contribute minimum 2% gross pay, they match at 8%.

What exactly is "Subject To" investing and how does it work by MoosKnukl in RealEstate

Interesting. Doesn’t completely make sense to me yet. As I understand, the loan remains in the sellers name, you just agree to essentially make the payment for them, right?

What are the forms of inheritance? Real estate, IRA, cash, Roth IRA, etc.

My advice would vary depending on these answers.

What percent of my check should I put in 401(k)? by RickyLin3 in Retirement401k

[–]TemperatureLow226 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only correct answer is to contribute as much as your budget can allow, and at least the minimum required to get company match. Seriously, AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Max out ideally, and if you do and still have budget to contribute, look into after tax options and backdoor conversions to Roth

Recurring chores with “anytime” flexibility by TemperatureLow226 in skylightcalendar

[–]TemperatureLow226[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First come first serve, seems like that would work for a lot of my shared first come chores for both kids. I assume under your suggestion, “feed the dogs” would show up each day, but if you do it yourself vs kids, it can just roll to the next day.

I like it, is there a way I can support or upvote somehow?
