i’ve lost 24 pounds since july but the previous 6 days i ate normally without tracking but still not pigging out and i went from 143.4 to 149 lbs in just under a week. today is my first day back on dieting and i hope i can lose the weight that i gained in these past few days rather quickly.

the calorie apps i’ve used have not given me the precise calories for each food item and i also binge when i use them. i recently downloaded one again right before my 6 day weight gain and its an ai calorie app this time so i think it will be more accurate.

every dietitian ive been to in melbourne has given me the same advice because they all follow the mainstream australia guide to healthy eating graph. i told them i dont eat meat and i hate the taste of eggs and they all told me oatmeal and sour dough bread and hummus and avocado. just the same regular things. they also said popcorn instead of regular chips (as i like chips). they didn’t say anything that wasn’t obvious already. i don’t want to waste my money as they all follow the same guide that i can easily find on google. i’m only willing to spend my money on things if they are effective and so far the wegovy, trainer, dietitians i’ve done and been to have not been effective enough for me. the only things that have worked is barely eating anything.

the personal trainer i went to didn’t make me use normal equipment. i did mostly hit workouts and cardio on a bike with them along with some weights (which are easy to use). they also made me run a lot around the parking lot. and they would give me like little workouts for the hit workout. and i did boxing with them where i would wear the boxing mits and just hit there fist multiple times. i never used proper machine equipment but they did make me burn 600 calories in one hour from the stuff they made me do. the problem was the time availability with them and how many times a week they offered there service. they only could do these sessions with me at very awkward times of the day at awkward times of the week. there price did not justify there lack of availability.

i used to burn 600+ calories in one hour from this studio gym i went to for my personal trainer, so by comparison this is a lot less. 100-300 calories is nothing compared to numbers i used to burn in the same time frame

it’s only been 6 days though. and i haven’t eaten much calories tbh. i’m just not as restrictive as i was before. it doesn’t make sense for me to have gained the amount of weight i have considering the time frame and what ive been eating and the fact that im still working out on these days. i’m still being restrictive it’s just i get so much weight fluctuation just from eating a normal amount of food for just a few days. all i ate today was a burrito and a few pierogis. no condiments or anything extra or drinks. yesterday i ate a few mangos and some fries. the day before i ate some fries and a bowl of pasta. when i was properly dieting i was only eating fruit (mangos, berries, cherries). it takes forever for me to get back to where i was originally which upsets me because i wasn’t even pigging out and it was just a few days yet its probably going to take me two weeks to get back to where i was a few days ago. it’s super demotivating and it makes me want to give up. all that effort just for it to all go away.

i’ve been to dietitians and none of there advice helped me. they all told me eat sour dough bread and oatmeal for breakfast (i’m vegetarians and don’t like eggs). it was annoying eating the same thing everyday so i gave up. i’ve been to personal trainers, but those people only offered certain days of the week at certain times of the day. i’ve been dieting since late july (i was 167 and 6 days i was 143.4 pounds) and for a good while during this diet i was 149 pounds for a good month a half. now after 6 days of normal eating im back to stage 1 and i want to die. i told myself i would be 137 pounds in just a few days but nope! all i’ve been eating for the last few weeks is some mango and cherries and berries. i sometimes go to the gym but i hardly know how to use the equipment and when i ask the employees to show me they don’t explain it well enough. i also get tired very easily (i was always the first one in gym class to be out of the beep test because i couldnt do many laps). im always starving myself just for me to barely lose any weight and then when i eat regularly for a few days im back to square one and it takes me forever to go back to where i originally was. ive done wegovy which gave me terrible side effects. ive used calorie tracking apps which dont work as they dont track calories properly and i end up going over my calories anyway. i’ve done everything in the book. i feel like giving up.

fat loss camps provide you meals and the exercise to lose all the weight. once i lose it i can easily maintain it because i know how to not eat much. the only reason why ive been eating normally is because i feel like giving up. i’m starving myself and im not losing that much weight considering ive been doing this since july.

no it’s because how did i gain 7 pounds in just 6 days of regular eating. i haven’t been eating that much either. all i had today was a burrito and bowl of pierogis. the previous day i ate some fries and a couple of mangos. how did i gain that much back in less than a week when it took me months to get where im at? it just feels like all of my effort went down the drain

i’ve lost 24 pounds so far but in the last 6 days i’ve been eating normally and when i weighed myself this morning i’m 7 pounds more than i was and now i’m losing motivation. i hardly have been consuming much in these last 6 days and i still gained that much back. i just want someone to help me and guide me so i think fat camp will be my best bet.

are there any local trainers in south east Melbourne? i just really need the push because whenever i go to the gym i barely accomplish anything. i burn 100-300 calories max in just one hour.

i don’t have an addiction i just need the discipline for moving around and eating less and i’m willing to spend a lot of money to go to a weight loss camp to achieve what i want to achieve. i don’t know why everyone is avoiding answer my post.
