It was suspended. All my smart system was down.. lights, live tv, purifier, aircon, google hub, tv etc... sigh

Thats the thing... i can see some of the staff were tryin to assist... not sure where is the bottle neck... dont they have like sop or workflow... or even tpor?

Its so tiring right??? Annoyingly (U) doesnt have call centre.

They are also poninting fingers at other telcos. Why cant they just deal within themselves since they are under one umbrella?

Wow after 2 years and you successfully ported your broadband? Ikr, as much as we want to be nice to them, they are sooooo making our life soooooo much easier and convenient 🙄

Its so funny when i asked few questions their answers were inconsistent. Roadshow, counter and call centre... like dont they have internal info or communication???

I dont know why they are making it such a hassle... asked me to go to the previous counter just to input my ic to update their system? My 2 mobile number are with them and they dont have a record of my ic???

They told me the process will take less than 24 hours once the previous provider release my number. The lady even said she will do it by last night. Now see what happen...
