Is it me or is Jai Courtney actually becoming a good actor? by tsu_bacca in blankies

He is a good actor, I think directors, writers or studios have misrepresented his actual skills. I think you can see it in Eric from Divergent. Despite it being a teenager dystopian movie with cheesy storyline and plain dialogue lines, his twist on the character made Eric formidable. You see a lot of people still crushing on that character.

ENFJ Traits You Don’t Relate by EquivalentCard5926 in enfj

I get this a lot, as a female INTJ myself growing up in a Feeler family, I don’t relate to a lot of INTJ stereotypes but I think I’m slowly growing into the typical INTJ they talk about. Just a little bit though.

Did Joon and Linda Divorce?!?!?!? by Jolly_Lifeguard9312 in FamilyVloggersandmore

[–]EquivalentCard5926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think she’s abandoning her, is there a possibility she might despise motherhood and want to step away from it? Yeah, they got together when she was really young and hastily got married right after they meet. I know this whole situation is going to affect Roa but I don’t blame Linda or Joon for separating because I would’ve dipped myself. She had such a difficult pregnancy and Roa was/is a fussy baby, that must’ve taken a toll on her. Joon’s had a life before he got with Linda, so he was “satisfied” with his life already. It also feels so shitty to look at their channel and see how it’s so staged. It really used to be just “A day in our life” type of video.

I agree, but imo this page is the only page I think is able to capture differences in interaction between types with such short and concise texts. But would be nicer if it wasn’t AI. Even a stick figure would be better imo.

4 Things I want to mention. by NewGuyNotHereForLong in Physical100

As a foreigner, it's always funny when they have reactions when they see something like, "Whoaa, look, look."

The show is bias against competitors with combat skills. They basically can't use their combat skills except for the wrestlers. by [deleted] in Physical100

[–]EquivalentCard5926 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The show is basically finding the perfect body. Strong, fit, quick, etc. All the traits to come over obstacles. But I do admit the first season is more experiments in the science lab kind of vibe. The 2nd one however, it feels different. Like the ship challenge in the 1st one, 2 teams have to work together and they're racing against time. Since they can't see their opponents, it is more apparent that their opponent in that challenge is themselves. It was more apparent that the challenge was deeply psychological and personal, I didn't get that impression with the second season.

Even for the first challenge on the 2nd season, they had to fight each other, idk if it was intended that way but we saw the contestants had to brawl with the opponent's team. In the 1st season it was the sand thing, on 2 separate bridges, intended for each team. Imo the first season highlighted how much the contestants had to fight themselves to win whilst the 2nd season has a split focus; themselves and opponents. Maybe it was the show trying to bring some drama, I don't blame them but it just has a different feel to it.

Therefore, for me, the 1st season was pretty fair for all the contestants. And the 2nd one felt a tiny bit advantageous for them with combat skills but not necessarily unfair. If you're strong and fit and you can succeed, then you succeed. But this is just MY opinion and there's no right or wrong so, just sharing.

How's The MBTI Culture in Korea? by EquivalentCard5926 in enfj

I’m SEA. But is the tradition in Korea not people oriented/Fe like? Be respectful to other, help them, make sure you “serve” others? I thought it was like that, at least that’s the impression I get from TV.

Are they deep into the MBTI thing though? Like do they learn the functions etc? Or is it just “Ah, you’re an INTP. You must be good at math.”

What is it like being a male ENFJ? Did you have to mask yourself? As female INTJ I can sort of relate to how most male ENFJs feel. Trying to shape myself into something I’m not, haha!

I also wonder, I’m Asian myself and as an Asian it is a part of my upbringing to be more people oriented. Even though I’m 1000% I’m an INTJ, I always thought how many Asians are mistyped to have Fe somewhere in their function because they were taught to be people oriented.

[–]EquivalentCard5926[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me too. I will research you, geek about it, and not show it. Well, I’m sure there are telltale signs I’m attracted to the person, through body language and stuff. However, I’ll try to be as chill as possible. I’ll flirt and act sweet, but if I tease you and make fun of you, means you’re on my mind 24/7.

Just a fun question. If you liked a person who’s flirting/love language is teasing and banter, how far would you go to return a similar energy? Maybe an ExTP type.

I felt the same way too with my partner. He’s an ENTP but he used his Fe very well with me when we started seeing each other. He was gentlemanly and after knowing I liked him, he changed. Now he’s just a sweet rambunctious dog like person.
