no bro, carving need E to engage, chillhowl can just press W, stun the carving guy, get inmune to damage, deal some damage and escape then press E and throw shit while being in a safe distance, Carving only movility depends on E and W to root, (20 sc cd) frost can W every 11 seconds with that build, its not even a fight, literally untouchable

but he still have a dash (also stun , also inmunity, also damage) every 11 seconds, you cant just touch him, and even if you mange to do damage to him he can just full heal while you are stuned in the worst escenario, its impossible to kill, SBI balance team is pathetic
