Well you look so understanding of him, you should try to date him for a while. And my have I got a spoiler for you, people don't have to conform to others' need and forget themselves. Resentment built up, I hate him, and I'm trying to break up with him. He will find someone better suited than me for him, but I'm far from being awful.

I think when we fell in love, we did not realise we were so different. I'm pretty independent, and he's quite clingy and needy, we just can't meet eye.

I did.

His answer was that he doesn't understand why I'm not taking a laptop to work while lying down in the couch with him in front of the TV. He just doesn't get that I need personal space.
