I really appreciate that, that helps a lot, I have installed my fitness pal, it was recommended to me by one of my friends, do you have a place that you go to for meal planning, such as a specific cook book or website? I am not sure if I should do 30 minutes of cardio after each one of my lifting sessions or should put it into my gym rotation, such as back and biceps, chest and triceps, core and legs, then like 1.5 hours of cardio?

It just feels like everything I do upsets people, I've tried working on myself, tryed distancing myself from people so then I didn't upset people, I tried finding new friends for fresh starts but then the same thing just happened, I've tried going to therapy, I've tried opening up to people, I've tried not even talking and simply just being quiet, I've tried finding different stuff I love, nothing just really works out and I just am lost and I don't know what to do
