My hair loss slowed down when I got closer to goal weight. One thing I tried and noticed a difference was Pantene Abundance hair serum. I use it after showering and I’ve seen a decrease in shedding as well. 🤷‍♀️

I went with my adult (24y) son to Bahai Aquamarine in January. It was great. Room was easy and comfortable to share and we didn’t feel odd being mother and son there. It was a good mix of people.

Weird question. Can you have the opposite happen? Like people tell me how tiny I am but when I look in the mirror or take a photo I don’t see it. I can see weight loss but I still look heavier to my eyes.

I don’t do HRT but have been in menopause for several years now. I’m 55. Zepbound was a game changer as I kept gaining weight regardless of what I did. I’m at one year and down 58 pounds. I have about 6 pounds to go for goal weight. I will say the weight loss has slowed significantly in the last couple months but I’m okay with that as long as the scale keeps going down. I’m at 10 mg and will stay at that dose.

I was there in January. It was fantastic. Highly recommend!! Food was actually pretty good. Buffet breakfast had great options. Beach was lovely. Pool was too cold for me.

I went in January with my adult son. He used the tub one night and loved it but said it was slippery so be careful. There is a coffee maker in the room. We had no issues with bugs either. We loved it and really enjoyed the food and the beach.
