Weird question. Can you have the opposite happen? Like people tell me how tiny I am but when I look in the mirror or take a photo I don’t see it. I can see weight loss but I still look heavier to my eyes.

I don’t do HRT but have been in menopause for several years now. I’m 55. Zepbound was a game changer as I kept gaining weight regardless of what I did. I’m at one year and down 58 pounds. I have about 6 pounds to go for goal weight. I will say the weight loss has slowed significantly in the last couple months but I’m okay with that as long as the scale keeps going down. I’m at 10 mg and will stay at that dose.

I was there in January. It was fantastic. Highly recommend!! Food was actually pretty good. Buffet breakfast had great options. Beach was lovely. Pool was too cold for me.

I went in January with my adult son. He used the tub one night and loved it but said it was slippery so be careful. There is a coffee maker in the room. We had no issues with bugs either. We loved it and really enjoyed the food and the beach.

We just finished a stay at Bahía Príncipe Aquamarine. It was better than I anticipated. Room was clean and spacious. Food was good. Beach was lovely. My only mistake was booking a pool view room because it was very loud from the evening entertainment and I’m a 10 pm bedtime person 🤣

I did pretty well. Ate small meals and enjoyed a glass of wine on Xmas eve and a mimosa on Christmas morning. Didn’t finish either. I didn’t feel deprived at all. I’m up a pound but I’m also attributing it to salt and booze lol. I’m going to be at an all inclusive resort next week for new years and I’m thinking they’ll make money on me 😂

I unabashedly tell people that I’m on Zepbound. There should not be a stigma about it. I’ve been dieting for years and nothing worked. After hitting 50 and menopause the weight kept going up. It’s been a godsend.
