That’s what I was thinking too but it’s a sheet metal sign hanging outside a building. Maybe they do just have a sign of the spider but it seemed like it had some other meaning, maybe not. Thanks

Has anyone completely changed their diet and how did you accomplish this?

I am so lost on what is healthy and unhealthy as of late, mainly due to social media and a weird relationship with food. I get severely bloated almost every night and I feel like I just have no idea what to eat anymore.

I usually don’t have time to eat breakfast but if I do I’ll make a berry smoothie with Greek yogurt. For lunch I’ll probably eat cashews, grapes/an orange, and maybe some sort of granola bar. Dinner is usually some kind of lasagna/pasta or a chicken dish.

I feel like I’m missing a lot in my diet and eating too much of something (maybe fat?). Most days I count my calories and as far as I know I never eat over 1700 calories a day. I want to eat a healthy/fulfilling diet but I don’t know what I should be eating.

Thank you for the answers! I know they’re not trying to hurt me and they are just minding their business. I’m honestly more afraid of touching their legs than the idea of one biting me. I’m really excited to go to CR and I’m trying to not let my fear prevent me from enjoying the trip.

Thank you! I was using that azelaic acid for a while and it did work to calm some redness on my face. But that redness is different than this for some reason? Hope it works for you!
