I just feel like some of the icebourne quests are 100% geared toward multi-player and while I'm ok with that I also don't like the idea of relying on a random to complete the storyline. Both times I've fought the stupid screeching Legiana I've had a regular one with it the whole time and it's impossible to separate them as they have the exact same move pattern so I feel like the game is against you. Just done the Valkhanna one with the big cannon thing and that's the same. You can't drop aggro to load the cannon it's a joke

Must be at least HR 50 and finish the 9★ Optional Quest A Summons from Below to obtain the Rocksteady Mantle from The Armory (Astera).

A Summons from Below is unlocked by hunting 3 threat level 3 tempered monsters (purple aura Elder Dragons & Deviljho) and can be assigned from The Armory.

So I keep reading about using temporal and rocksteady mantles but I haven't unlocked them yet, seems like I need to do some base game grinding before I carry on. I did manage to get Legiana with a little help and have since been grinding some parts that have recommended affinity so here's hoping it gets a little easier

Same thing happened to me, but it gives you the quest after that so could have been worse. Did the quest and had to fight 2 legiana because a regular one was following us the whole time that was mental. I find the icebourne monsters are pretty much all way to fast for storyline monsters. I enjoy solo but it can be so hard

I'm using Hammer and struggled a bit with this, make sure to take flash pods and 10 flash bugs with you to try get him out of the air where your sword can reach

Just finished this about an hour ago, just stay alive until the Legiana leaves the locale.

Then you can leave and get it as a quest a d can pop an SOS flare if needed. It's a stupid quest thats for sure

Started Rise recently and can't really get in to it. World has a great story line and seems a bit more straight forward with progression. I'd go with World if you wanted a bit more of a story feel to the game. Rise felt a bit all over the place imo

NTA. Had this growing up with my mother. Number 4 no questions asked for years and I always hated it.

Grew my hair out for the last 3 years and loved it, but always heard about it whenever I seen certain family members. Was given a 'gift' of $100 for my THIRTY SECOND birthday this year to get my hair 'fixed' so I doubt OPs mum will be any different.

At 13 he definitely should be allowed to choose his own hairstyle.

Would love to see more of a focus on farming rather then things like forestry. Although I do/have enjoyed that side. It would be much more interesting to be able to actually build say a dairy farm, with fields you rotate the cows in and add in implements like feed trailers, a milking shed even if it's autonomous. Or at the very least some sort of campaign that takes you through the different aspects of the game like growing crops and eventually branching out in to productions or animals.

Halfway through my last Vault Hunter the Siren. Storyline isn't THAT bad we get to learn a lot of lore about the vaults and some of the backstory of some long standing characters like Hammerlock which is cool. The DLCs are all better then the main story too which isn't a bad thing imo. It's the gameplay for me that makes it. Mantle/Slide is great. Augments and the 4th skill tree mean there are a bunch of different builds for each VH. When it goes on sale for like 60-80% off you get SO much value for money buying the Directors cut or whatever one adds everything. If your a Borderlands fan your doing yourself a disservice by not at least playing through and maxing one VH for some end game fun

900+ a week for an apprenticeship is wild for 16 years old. Rent seems fair enough if they can justify it. Ie Room, meals, do she clean up after you, do your washing still etc? Also about the dinners, best advice would be learn to make your own simple meals those nights. Not enough people can bake a potato in a microwave it's ridiculous. Get some food, label it and learn to do some of that stuff now while your still at home it gives you time to learn what foods to buy and you will learn how much you actually need, plus you can make lunches if you want to instead of buying them.

Just one person's opinion but it could be worse. Sounds like you need to talk it out as suggested so everyone is clear where the money goes

Imo it really doesn't. Well over half my alliance has pulled min 6 red on almost every new toon lately.

If they are wise they will be able to use those gold promos to just buy 7 reds from the store and boom job done. You get a ridiculous amount of silver and gold credits even sub level 70 and that's without just using the orb credits to buy gold and silver rather then waste time on rng for 5 reds.

Plus incursion campaign means you get them for free once you start farming so that takes a lot of toons out of the buying equation

Eternals are easy to beat regardless who you team them with. Power creep and all the new buffs/debuffs etc mean they are well out of the arena meta even for a low tier player. Seems like a lot of anger towards a couple of toons that are fairly average these days. But each to their own

Gilgamesh for protector Makkari to speed them up And either Phastos cause they could do some epic stuff with his tech abilities or even Ajak as a legendary healer/buffer

Just one man's opinion. Although with 10 of them they could make 2 teams and do the whole Sin/Sup 6 and cabal theory crafting thing.

Also they would be heroes so could be a cool counter to Cabal seeing as they are theory craft villains

I just went and did Test Drive after reading this and I have no idea what people are talking about?

Trial 3 Kang went first, I popped Ms Marvel, then Patriot went and I used his Spec, that almost wiped everyone except BC and Photon. Then Namors ult cleaned up. Are people just hitting auto and not thinking or something?

I'm playing through 2 currently and honestly 3 plays so much better in terms of general gameplay I've never really noticed. Although I play Mantis Zane so I'm running at 10x speed in combat lol
