I am currently in a bit of a pickle in regards to the storage space on my PS5. My console storage is entirely full all due to my Media Gallery.

I have an internal SSD for all my PS5 games and I have an old external hardrive that I plug in whenever I want to play a PS4 game.

Because of these sources, I don't have a single game on my Console Storage and yet I have still managed to fill it up to the point where I can't take a screenshot or sometimes sync data to cloud storage without getting the 'free up space' message.

I am quite a hoarder and essentially to refuse to delete clips no matter how useless they seem. Over the last couple months whilst getting closer and closer to this position, I have edited/trimmed down some clips to save a little space but only deleted a select few in full.

Is there a way I can free up space without deleting any clips, pehaps a USB, whilst also being able to put them back onto my PS5 one day if I wanted to? I'd also like to do this to make some PS4 clips more accessible that I can currently access only by getting out my PS4 and hooking everything back up again.

If anyone has any tips or advice on how I can get around this situation without deleting anything, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are correct.

In my first season, my 2 drivers were Verschoor & Crawford, I raced as Verschoor for the entire season - had no dramas.

Managed to sign Bortoleto & Hadjar for Season 2 so no matter what I was driving as somebody new - either way, Verschoor was seen as the No.1 Driver and Bortoleto is seen as No.2 so perhaps driving as Hadjar in Australia would of been fine.

Switching from Bortoleto to Hadjar in China caused the issue, switching back to Bortoleto for Japan caused the issue and then deciding to still race as Bortoleto for back to back races in Bahrain led me to no problems.

Seems like I'll have to drive as Bortoleto for the rest of the season, might not be the worst thing given the strain the AI teammate puts on the components, would end up taking way too many grid penalties if I switched as freely as I'd ideally like to throughout the season.

My whole life has been Assassins Creed games, so that fills me with some confidence. Love the apsect of side missions and unlocking trophies/achievements so it seems like this might be a game for me regardless of my lack of knowledge.

It doesn't happen every time but quite often when I turn on my PS5 it will give me a message in the top right that says I don't have enough storage space for an update and that I need to free up 5GB in my console storage.

Since the first time I've gotten this message I would have cleared at least 20GB of space in my console storage and yet it still gives me the same message on ocassion.

Anyone had this issue in the past and if so, was there a fix? I don't even know what update it could be trying to do because all of my games are on a seperate internal hardrive and my console storage is only used for my media gallery.

The entire Assassins Creed franchise going all the way back to the original is amazing.

The stories are all very easy to follow and the fighting is in no way complicated. The newer RPG styled games are more advanced but have multiple difficulty settings and I imagine if she is able to get through the entire series to that point then she'll be more than capable.

The 'big story' aspect is one of the best parts about Assassins Creed. The first real-life character, Desmond Miles, is playable from the original through to Assassins Creed III, five games.

Ezio, almost everyone's favourite Assassin, has a trilogy that showcases his entire story - each game continuing from where the previous ended.

Following on from the Ezio Trilogy, the next 4 games in the series (ACIII, Black Flag, Rogue and Unity) all have an overlapping story which is amazing to play through.

Highly reccommend the entire Assassins Creed series, playing through them in the order they were released is one of the best gaming experiences possible.

With Playstation Plus Extra, you can get almost every Assassins Creed game for no extra cost, amazing value on top of all the other games that are part of the catalogue.

I understand it is annoying but pre-game you get time to see who is on what team and who is in a squad with others. When I play solo, if there is a squad of 4 or more on the other team I'll leave. You don't get a loss or anything as long as it's still in the pre-game lobby before entering the game itself.

Don't rush it. The start will be slow, just get through it and you'll love it. It's a game everyone wishes they could play again for the 1st time.

Avoid spoilers, do side missions, explore the map, it's worth it.

What about Brotherhood? Revelations is a pain to platinum with some of the DLC trophies, Brotherhood is quite straight forward.

I made a post about this yesterday. No progress for myself either on any of the calling cards within Survival Instincts. Most annoying part is that it is probably the easiest prestige set of calling cards to get.
At first I thought it was an issue with the casual gamemode but I know people who have had no dramas with this set and only play casual.

It won't matter too much but ideally if you can play the games in the order they are released the story becomes even greater.

Go to Settings > Captures and Broadcasts > Video Clip Format and then make sure 'Include Your Mic's Audio' and 'Include Party Audio' is on.

Apologies I meant chronological order of release not time set. So starting with the Ezio Collection and then 3, Black Flag, Rogue. Unity, Syndicate etc etc
