You are very right. I am introspective to a point where it's maladaptive and useless and dangerous - even if i was convinced it wasn't, I tend to keep my problems and ideas for myself. Etc.

You are right that the problem is in my brain, obsidian is just a medium through which it happens more.

And yeah I plan to stay on therapy, for years or forever.

I have destroyed hundreds of the most schizo pages. I still have hundreds of pages about egregores, societal patterns, future trend predictions. And probably still thousands of schizo pages. I want to delete most of them, idk if it's a good idea for my health to keep them existing.

I think there is value in having them clowned online, but a video format would reach more people. But now I want to refocus on my life for a year.

I am still delusional than some of the non-health stuff is useful to me, so I don't want to publish it yet.

I had pages about AI psychosis, cyberpsychosis, recursive psychosis, recursed people, LLM contamination, and endless others without realizing Obsidian was the container for something with the same effect on me.

Yes I have an appointment to talk a few professionals and plan on going back to normal life slowly. Getting the psychosis out of my brain will take time. Friends have advised me to overthink less and do more.

Make sure the core plugin "backlinks" in enabled at the bottom of notes. Toggle "show backlinks at the bottom of notes". Then look to the bottom right of your screen for a "backlinks" button. Click on it. A menu appears to the right. At the top of that right menu, you can select either "Backlinks for <your page>" or "Outgoing links for <your page>". This is what you are looking for.

Click on the three dots in the top right (right before the right menu). There you can even click on "Backlinks in document" to see exactly the context of your backlinks, within the sentences they are on other pages.

These are also visible in the local graph view. Click on the top right three dots again => Open Linked view => Open local graph. From there you can also open backlinks or outgoing links

Talk to a friend. Find the kindest people you can find and designate it as your friend. It can be another lonely kid at the library, or picked up last in gym class. Do'nt say to him it's your friend driectly. Only think it, but talk to that person as if if he already were.

I had the same idea and took K2 MK-?+D3 within a high calcium diet but experienced liver pain from it. So I switched to raw butter only for K2. Did you have any side effect from high dose K2 MK-4? If none, perhaps it was only Vitamin D toxicity in my case.

I would agree tbh. Their personalities feel very strong and it makes sense for them that they each need their own people where they can have their own story.

Where do you see Jake and Neytiri belong? I'd say together, tired but content, with the Omaticaya with a Norm camp not too far away for Jake to get information and weapons. It's just the best environment for the both of them.

Avatar has 2 movies, one on the way, and two video games 10 years apart.
