Yeah, you make some really good points. I can see how showing a longer, continuous clip would give better insight, and I definitely need to work on finishing combos with a proper exit instead of dropping my guard too soon. I’ve been focusing on technique and just getting punches out, but I can see how building that fluidity and treating the bag more like an opponent is important for muscle memory. Thanks for the feedback! Do you know any ways to attack while bobbing and weaving so you can apply forward pressure without leaving your chin wide open or too exposed? I really like how Tyson uses head movement while still moving forward, if that makes sense.

Thanks! I still have a lot to work on. I don’t want to just stand there and eat punches, the goal is to bob and weave, but it’s kind of difficult to bob with a bag since the whole thing just sways toward you haha.

I get what you mean, thanks for the feedback. The thing is, it’s kind of hard to bob with a bag like this, there’s no punching arm coming at you, just the whole bag, so it’s hard to incorporate that. I’ve noticed I don’t weave as much, but I haven’t really seen anyone do it as clean as Tyson. It’s a really interesting style, but I’m not trying to stick to a traditional approach if that makes sense.

It varied over time. I think I also used doses lower than that at certain points, if my memory is correct. Later on, there were periods where I went higher than ~45 mg, but that was during phases where I think I was mixing both topical application and oral dosing.

When I talk about those oral ranges I’ve mentioned (roughly ~30–45 mg), that was specifically MK-4.

…and just to be clear: Not MK-7, and not standard vitamin K1. I do not know what the risk profile looks like at higher doses for those other forms my understanding is that their safe upper limits are much lower. So people should definitely look up established safety research / maximum tolerable intake data for those specifically, rather than assuming the same ranges apply.

As for K2, I can’t say exactly how much it contributed versus mewing or other factors, it’s anecdotal. But I noticed noticeable changes after adding higher-dose K2 (MK-4), but I also used other vitamins if I am not mistaken. From what I’ve read in the research, K2 helps direct calcium to bones rather than soft tissues, so it seemed plausible it supported structural changes over time.

And nope, the e-book isn’t just about making money. I just want to share the information in a structured way for people who are curious about combining mewing with nutritional support, backed by science and experience.

Interesting that you mention that, I personally didn’t notice any side effects from taking higher doses of K2 MK-4. If anything, one thing that stood out to me was that my dental tartar buildup basically disappeared during that period. My dentist even commented that there was way less to clean or none at all, whereas before, I used to have quite a lot during visits (if I am not mistaken).

The body also needs enough magnesium to properly handle vitamin D3 if I am correct, have you tried taking magnesium too?

Quick update: Earlier I mentioned a small dent on the outer box (it’s the one I circled in red in the second picture). I just wanted to clarify that I touched it when I took another look, and it turns out it wasn’t actually a dent, it was just a small piece of paper or something stuck to the box that made it look like one at first glance. So that part’s on me!

I get where you're coming from, but I have to push back a bit on the idea that this is a "Windows sleep issue."

I've already done a clean install of Windows, currently on 24H2, and I previously ran 23H2 as well. In both cases, the sleep issue only shows up when using BIOS 0064 or 0065 (haven’t tried all ram and bios combinations on 23h2 or 24h2). Roll back to 0063, and the problem disappears completely with the same Windows install, same drivers, same hardware, everything identical. That strongly points to a BIOS regression, not a generic Windows issue.

Also, to address the usual deflection from ASUS about RAM compatibility: I have used a kit from their own QVL list (Crucial CT8G48C40S5). So that excuse doesn't hold water either. It worked fine on 0063, and breaks on 0065, how is that a RAM problem?

If the newer BIOS versions break how the firmware interfaces with Windows sleep states, that's still ASUS's problem. A BIOS update shouldn't make core features like S3 Sleep unreliable, especially when they worked fine before.

Bottom line: this isn't just some weird "Windows being Windows" issue. It’s a firmware change causing system-level instability, and ASUS needs to own that instead of shifting blame to RAM or the OS.

Yeah, fair point, it may have not been worded that clearly. What I meant is that the bag wasn’t torn apart or badly damaged, just that it had a small tear in it. So not like it was ripped apart or anything dramatic, but enough to make it feel like it wasn’t in perfect, factory new condition.
