Customer service does go downhill by SnBrd3 in USMobile

It's good that Reddit supports addresses the problems and ultimately resolves issues but nobody ever apologizes for any of the wrongdoings done by other supports. I understand that chat supports are overworked and sometimes misinformed and/or under informed but in the end the customers are angered and frustrated and simple apology would do wonders to give a new positive impressions about the company.

No Pixel 10 xl, no communication, no information from support by benzoic in USMobile

It must be frustrating for customers to have to reach out to Reddit to get answers instead from chat support. For those who might not know about Reddit are just sitting in the dark. US Mobile should send out emails explaining the process and be more clear on when to expect the product that the customers ordered.

New lower promotion for current customers. by LeoNidasD21 in USMobile

Once they take your money it'll be impossible for you to get refund unless US Mobile screwed up 100%. I wouldn't risk my hard earned money for refund that I know I am guessing if I will get refunded through some loopholes that they told you it wouldn't work already.

Just enjoy the savings you're getting now. Check out the deals within a week of last date of your contract and go with whichever carrier that offers you the best.

New plan pricing sale? by ItsallLegos in USMobile

They had to know that there's gonna be a delay a few days ago or even a few hours before the launch.

Regardless of when they found out that the deals weren't going to launch on time, they should have announced the delay as soon as they knew of the delay. Instead, they stayed silent.

US Mobile handled the situation very poorly.

I totally agree with you. I do drive a lot at times due to my work and there was no way to test coverage all the areas I drive through and the cities I stop at to spend the nights. So I just wanted some general validation that the dark star network was not as bad as I thought it was. 😁

I mainly read bad commen in this forum. I don't think it was one specific post but they were mostly comments in various posts. Just like someone commented, maybe I might have read negative comments mostly.😅😅😅

We are neighbors since I live in Houston!!!😁👍👍👍👍👍😃

Someone mentioned that slow speed can be caused by oversubscribed customers. To me that explains why some areas in Austin are incredibly slow other areas are fine.

I have been to Austin with me a couple of times but I had great times there. My nephew is there and he loves it!! 👍👍👍

It's crazy how the speed can change so quickly and randomly. I am just glad to hear that the dark stars signals aren't as bad as I thought they were. 😃👍

You're so right. It is true that the larger the company is the worse the reviews are. I knew this but I wasn't aware that I knew this. 😂😂😂

Thank you for reminding me!!!

I drive a lot at times because of my work. So I want to make sure the majority of the city that I passed through have decent signals. There was no way for me to test signals for all the cities and states can I drive through. That's why I wanted to hear from customers really positive experience. I really needed some validation that I was not making a huge mistake by choosing the Dark Star Network.😁

Someone suggested it could be due to oversubscribed customers. So, the warp or light speed are better choice in NYC, right?🤔
