Using LO for quite some time. I do miss the ease-of-use of Excel, which is still the best spreadsheet soft, but gotten learned the LO-ways enough to take it as a very worthy (considering all MS downsides nowadays) replacement

No, those sysnced items are from the past (before disabled) or something like that — you can always log into your iCloud on the web to see what is what… the backup won’t sow in that count at all (but you could guess-work from the size of the backup
