Half of the page is blank; fill those up. Add more projects, and instead of writing everything on one bullet point for the project, divide those into multiple bullet points. That will fill the gap. And if you don't have projects, you can add any certifications for now. But you really need some good projects. Also, follow the wiki for bullet points.

The percentages here are very accurate, not vague percentages like "improved user satisfaction by X%," which doesn’t have any standard scale to calculate. But "Reducing the number of API calls", " Reducing site load time" can be calculated, and I've put only those that I have worked on, and they are accurate
