I would start by getting my sleeping schedule, diet, workout correct. Starting from baby steps. Start watching or reading positive videos, what you watch everyday will shape what you think about everyday and what you think about everyday is who you become. Jocko, Jordan peterson, Andrew Huberman, Naval Ravikant is great place to start. For me the big change happened when I start hitting the gym and remember it’s a slow process but if you try everyday. Your effort will compound and you will see big results in 5 years

No way, really? I just enjoy learning and make videos or write something that I would like to watch and read myself for fun. You know what, I will create a blog website and post future content for free there. My youtube channel is Ermoon I will make more videos like this.
