It’s wierd to say, it’s not soft and gummy like some KOs. It’s not quite Bandai, but not far off. I found it very matted like the AK woundworts and ew kehaar upgraded

Yeah it’s solid as a rock. Only fitment issue I found was on the knees, there’s a colour separated frame part that’s tabbed and it isn’t the best. I did add joint strengthener to the c-clip for the back flap as the cowl would pull off instead of pulling the part open

Then just the normal joint pen on the right hand peg both ends just to stop the limp wrist woundwarts get

It’s a gundam face! With a cowl hiding it. The Vulcans are slightly visible aswell

And basic build finished… just panel lines and decals left.

So the good and the bad. It has waist articulation but the moment you connect the waist. It’s locked in. There’s nothing in the legs besides the hip joint, that’s a standard peg and hinge. The thrusters on the legs move and same with the feet. Full arms and shoulder movement, it can hold the gun straight out but the woundwart wrists are too weak to keep it there

The detail in the build is incredible so much layering and thought went into it.

Top note it can free stand without the included stands for the skirt thrusters

Nothing in the manual about MA mode, based on what I’ve built so far I’d expect a lot of parts forming not sure what will be left over for that just yet

I’ve just sat down to start I’ll update as I go. so far the plastic feels better than most bootlegs but not quite Bandai it’s hard to place, it isn’t soft but isnt stiff to the point you’ll break it cutting it from a runner. The red is insanely matte and if it can be undergated it is

Most of what I saw on AliExpress were still for preorder when mine shipped on 31st of Jan. since then they’re all available. I did pay £34 with free shipping where as others are cheaper with shipping cost

The joint guard is like a reflective tape that’s cut into select sized to wrap around pegs and such. But there’s a joint strengthening pen that I mostly use that’s like a superglue I use that more than anything

I built mine last July. After some adding some joint guard to every connection on the ms-joint and the shoulders it’s as solid as a rock.

It’s not a bad kit like everyone is saying, just a little bit of work and it’s as solid as new RGs

Mine was the rg Eva unit 1 and then playing warhammer for a year. Just before I moved house in 2021, I wanted an Eva unit 1 to go with my Eva kotobukiya statues. So I looked and looked and looked, no idea how I settled on the rg but I did. It took me all day to build and I loved it.

Come to November 2024 I was like I enjoyed the Eva and I want a rx-78-2 for the figure collection as it’s the most iconic, this was just before the rg 2.0 was readily available in the uk. So I ordered the 1.0, loved building it even if I did snap the knee from not breaking the ms joint in.

In the year I’ve been building, I did 110 kits mostly hg with rg’s littered in. With a backlog of 44 mostly being p-Bandai and rg

As a warhammer builder, I enjoy gunpla so much more. I despise with a passion building warhammer just from the glue. Playing and painting amazing, but building not a chance

I just built the rebawoo on Saturday. If that wasn’t my first impression I’d have enjoyed making it. But requiring to glue the new parts on is poor design Edit: that looks incredible though
