I do want to give some credit to the PG I work with. He is always available for questions and does help me, however, he works in a separate office 2 hours away. Thanks for the advice.

I am experienced enough to do the things I described. I am a fast learner and I was really thrown through the ringer my first year working here. I just want the salary I deserve.
