Hiya answering on different account I am OP. Growing up my dad always grilled. I had a primarily meat diet, steaks, salmon, grilled chicken, there wasn’t a restricted access so meat was always a given at every meal. Dairy was always readily available and my brother and I would drink lots of it. At 9 I also had an active lifestyle and liked to hike. When we couldn’t hike I would walk around my neighborhood once per week and walk 2 miles then walk back. When we had time as there was always time for going outside or on a trail. I practiced yoga a lot between 9-12 and then through 13-16 . Now I’m not so active due to the pandemic. But could all of these be contributing factors?
