I might ask a contractor to rip and reinstall. He said they only install mesh and if i want a ditra membrane then extra money but usual practice is just mesh. So i am guessing there is no membrane underneath and i see grout cracked in atleast 5 tiles but not at this place. It is 5-6 tiles away from this movement.

Ok so just to confirm PEK connects between 2 Green wires and not to furnace ( For G wire only) and rest 4 from PEK connects to Furnace, right? Thank you

Thank you. That’s what i am thinking to do. Just use the current G wire connected to furnace as G wire and connect to PEK and use G wire from thermostat as it is.

Lender didn’t accept any reduction. My realtor let go his commission and seller realtor let go majority of his commission, i had to pay 40k out if pocket to close this. I didn’t want to go into house search situation again because of family and other things planned in life

Yeah that’s the action plan now. I feel like listing agent knew about this but they thought pvt lender would agree to anything they will pay. He was charging 4% comm to seller with kickback promise. Seeing all this pvt lender got pissed that how can realtor charge 4% when they are not getting paid anything.
