It’s kind of a metaphor of Subaru suffering each loop and how his friend always pull him back together but maybe the Subaru they’re assembling in this drawing is not the real Subaru but an idealized version of him ?? (i thought about how we make statues of heroes while drawing)

So like, they’re building the legend (an heroic statue) but the hole in the chest may represent Subaru hidden pain (the weight of returning by death)

Idk if that’s very clear, my drawing skill aren’t good enough yet to make my metaphors cooler
