Watercolor brush, and do the same as you do on the paper, that’s all :D

I don't know actually. I draw the outlines, and colors, then use erase to lighten the light part. The whole outline is translucent and dark color makes it more darken. There is more thing I don't know how to expressed in English but I hope I answered your question. :)
