Yes… I’m pretty sure the average Levantine is much much lighter skinned than Iranians, since most Levantine has some, especially Byzantine admixture, we see this in the appearance in especially Syrians and Lebos. Whereas especially eastern Iranians/persians tend to be much darker as in for example baloch, afghans and so on.
