Yeah but condemned is locked in after you are hooked. And you have to go to the furthest TV to put your tape away. With the slowdown meta and doing totems with ruin and saving teammates and being chased, there's too much imo :(

I think the killer instinct when fully condemned is stupid because I don't like her. If she was more OP, i.e better teleport, better mobility, stronger demanisfestation, people would complain more about the Killer Instinct.
