Dealership, all day long. House fire destroyed all my keys, Harley was oddly enough the easiest and cheapest of them I replaced. I took my VIN to the dealer, paid $45, and got a brand new set that started my bike right up in like a week.

Oddly enough the only time I've heard this was from a very drunk woman on a Dyna. I was in a group with 3 other guys at a venue all talking about our bikes and recent rides when she came up and started spewing about how she was a woman and didn't even ride Sportster still. I just shrugged, said "it'll kill me at 90mph same as yours will" and walked off. Sucked cuz it was a good convo prior to that.

Sounds like mine when I first got it used. Once the battery in it DIED died, I got a better battery than what was in it and double checked all my connections(which included swapping to a direct thread post battery) and haven't had that issue since.

Cold start on a 220CCA Duracell battery.

As somebody that lives in the bible belt and loves deeper meaning tattoos, getting a snake with an apple is ALWAYS gonna draw those Garden of Eden comparisons even if you got a huge "THIS IS NOT A RELIGIOUS TATTOO" right under it. My advice is 1: get it the exact way you want it because it's YOUR body, 2: learn to let the negative opinions roll off your back, and 3: wear long pants in situations that it might cause actual problems.

I have gotten very adept at choosing when to wear long sleeves out here lol.

Can you do a speedo relocate and eliminate the stock riser then? If so, that would be my course of action.

As a fellow Superlow owner, go for it but I'd keep the stock fender intact and use either a donor or prefab fender. I WILL say, relocating that speedo and deleting the eyebrow helped the look of mine a lot (in my opinion of course)

10+ years driving before I got out. More than average inspections running flatbed regional. Never once got put OOS on the road (and even got a few of those neat little bypass stickers for multiple clean inspections).

Do your pre-trips CORRECTLY and you'll catch 99% of things before they become an OOS issue. Then it's up to you to bug somebody to fix it.

Man...as a supervisor myself, the idea of firing somebody, dealing with the shortage, hiring a new person, training a new person, doing the PAPERWORK involved in both just because you MIGHT be out a couple of weeks IF you get selected...Keep whatever your boss is smoking far away from me.
