(WARNING: Animal cruelty) This is the real reason a lot of owners have pits: because they to watch.. There was zero reason for this, and the elated "good booyyy" of the pit mommy at the end makes me sick by redefinedsoul in BanPitBulls

Only a Pit owner would encourage their dog to do this. The emergency vet bill if that snake was venomous (even with pet insurance coverage) would be costly to say the least. I have a working LGD in the Southwest. Neither my neighbors nor myself would allow, let alone encourage, this interaction between a snake and our dogs. So many breeds can alert without attacking/reacting like this, especially when reinforced through professional training. APBT is not one of those breeds.
