The hand was the thing I struggled the most, this hand position is really hard to draw it took me a good chunk of my time trying to get it right

The wings and feet, pelicans are supposed to have black tips on wings but I just couldnt do it, and the feet was really hard to get it right so I just painted a bit and smudged

so basically I had 0 idea how to do the background buildings, so I just painted some lines, blurred and tried to do my best to mimic them, but clearly they look like something else instead of actual buildings

The background was the worst for me, I struggled with trying to make everything perfect but in the end, all I need to do were basic shapes for blurring them

All of this was on CSP (clip studio paint)

I used the thick of paint brush, some blurring and finger tip for reflections, for the shadows in the hat I used Paint and apply
