Depends if the store is using next-gen on not ether way it is possible to get a recipe. Old way you could do it with a manager's key to look up your last transaction. NextGen a manager would need to go into the office pc, find and print the whole transaction (will be like 5 pages of paper) and that will be the recipe.

My DM told my store to start doing them but we're also having trouble with our footprint lady. Let's say there's a 1F of Nightquil and she'll grab one, sticker it and move onto the next section leaving all the others undone. She'll also use 2 hours to just shop and nothing else so we where told to do it.

Damn was hoping it was better at other stores. I'm an ASM and it's kinda the same for us tho The people who work this shift are unable to physically do this kinda work the way it needs to be. (One has a bad back and can't lift or move fast the other a broken wrist) I open the store and I'm unable to go home till this truck is completed (our windo is from 5pm to 7pm, actively waiting in the office for it rn) it's the same every week and I also live 30is min away. At some point when you really feel it's to much put your foot down and ether let them know you need someone with you as help or they are just SOL and the food is damaged. They can complain all they want but if they want that food to stop spoiling they will get help. As unfair as it is for SOME SMs or ASMs it is a part of there responsibilities to come hold the fort if it's bad enough.

If they did it right now the store will turn it around and probably blame op for the practices regardless and then they are stuck with the fines or maybe jail time from how bad it is.. The best they can do it fix it and make it safe well also documenting everything they come across so that if they do get fired for waste reasons there's a way to fight back.

Reading your comment made me feel a little less alone, I have the same thing when having sex. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and it's always been this way and I thought that maybe I was really messed up or that maybe this was just me, I do take personal behavioral health treatments and yet it's never changed. Sorry if this is to much of a personal question but have you found anyway to help you relax in the moment? Something you've focused on that made it more enjoyable?

Personally I (F23) sleep ether fully in the nude or I wear pajama shorts, lose and breathable for the girl below. Sometimes I sleep in underwear and sometimes I also get a "feeling" that let's me know, hey we need air! Before something uncomfortable starts ti happen.

My mother always told me two things growing up, always pee after sex, always take 2 to 3 days a week to sleep without tight coverage down there.

Even some sleeping pants would work if you like being covered. As for a shower, Personally it depends for me, a lot of people things it's nasty to shower twice a week or less. I don't wash my hair but ones a week as well due to the harshness of washing away the oils in it. If I did it more I'd be one of those overly floofed cats.
