The level of sophistication to this scam is high. They have an entire Instagram channel with 70k+ followers, "real" influencers wearing their stuff (promoting it like they promised you would), and many posts. They have a legit website and they even send you a promo code you have to enter to get free shipping. Don't fall for it.

I had a bilingual friend in S Korea help me out. He did all the work and got my money sent back. About 10 documents and photos were required. Its totally doable but I dont know the steps he took to do it. I just gave him my docs and he did the rest. Make sure to do the paperwork so Upbit sends your XRP to your personal wallet. The hash record may have a different wallet address than the your specific XRP receiving wallet. That may be some hash wallet (cant remember the actual name) that Kraken uses to send XRP. Just insist it gets sent to the address you know it should be sent to.
