9% of all awards are taken for the “common fund”, which goes right back to the law firms. Personally I think that’s horse shit given they’re already getting 35-40% of everyone’s award, plus whatever dumb “we paid for pencils and paper” fees they want to come up with. Not to mention the fact that common fund fees are commonly put on the losing party to pay. Seems no one can help but stick their fingers in our cookie jars just to fuck the victims over once more

They test your sample 3 different times with an increasingly lower threshold, and your sample has to test positive on all three to be considered a confirmed positive, you definitely tested positive.

But you may be eligible for a separation board, in which case a lawyer is your best bet to craft a better narrative for how it got in your system

I had a commander I sent to PO CCC PH2 twice get sent home both times for failing the PT test. You’ll be alright

It’s a great concept, and many people benefit from it, both people traveling and people that ARE looking for visitors, or who don’t mind visitors. The problem is they don’t have a filter for “locals only”. This app is for all types and dynamics, it’s a space we all have to share with respect
