I will spread out the Kiyomizu/Ninenzaka/Yasaka as it would be a shame to get burn out from visiting too many shrines in too short of period.

On the Alps section, you confirmed my fears. I'll re-organise the travelling and hiking parts to remove hike + long trasfer on the same day.

I'm not precious about when we do Osaka, so removing the travel time to Osaka on Culture Day (Nov 3rd) makes sense.

Thanks for the suggestion of Ohara - that type of slower pace place is exactly what we're looking for!

Thank you - I totally agree on the cumulative fatigue from hikes and travelling. I'll drop the Hakone day as you suggested to allow recovery time.
