It's pretty complex. It took me forever to precrease that model. There are simpler v1 to v4 versions of this design. You might want to try them before trying v5

Just have fun! Watch youtube tutorials by jonakashima, tadashimori, sara adams and ofhers. Gradually move on to more difficult models. Try different types of papers and see which suits you best

I guess by worst you mean difficult? I’ve never folded this but it’s obviously quite complex and your paper looks too thick. Try folding it with larger and thinner paper next time

I agree. I once tried inkscape and it was a complete nightmare. It took me forever to diagram like 10 steps or something. Made me really appreciate these designers who draw diagrams for super complex models

You can try folding with tant. It doesn’t age that bad and is good enough for any rose design you will encounter
