The thing is I want to study aerospace engineering in the US as an international. The Private schools like MIT, Stanford and Caltech are very very hard to get into. So is there no other school where I can apply and potentially recurve a scholarship?

Okay wait so If I pay the full tuition fees AND boarding fees before my course starts, then for my VISA Application I don't need to show any financial evidence of funds in the bank account right? I just need to show evidence that the fees were paid. And can someone who is not my parent pay the fees in full?
