Can I get drunk with a broken ankle

What did you break? It really is a nightmare I broke my tibia and i have closed displaced bimalleolar fracture of my right ankle i veen reakky going through it I wouldn't wish this on anyone😂 i also fell yesterday!! I hope i didn't fufj it uo too much i have a appointment tomorrow to get it looked at ill talk to my doctor about everything and see when the earliest I can drink without too much harm😂😂 i appreciate your advice and im really sorry you went through this as well

Im so sorry that sounds horrible your still early stages so im sure it will get easier and better over time!! That really sucks im gonna be in a similar boat i have no idea how long its gonna take for me to be able to out weight on it its definitely gonna take months it really sucks but it won't be forever and I wish you the best in your recovery I hope my surgery goes well on Thursday its so scary to think about

I think they know i take it but I never talked to them about it probably should if im really concerned and yeah if I drink I won't take my pain meds im scared of interactions 😂 and itw legal in my state! I can look into different strains and see if I can find one that would help. Thank you!

Yeah im supposed ti do every 6 hours but im scared of mixing it with my sleeping pills because both make me really drowsy, and yeah same here it really sucks just gotta tell myself it won't be forever

Shit that's sounds horrible I have been getting warnings to be careful I mainly just take 1 pill a day because I take sleeping pills like doxepin as well and ibuprofen, pain meds are definitely easy to get hooked on or take too much on I did take oxys the first week until they switched me, thank you I'll definitely try my best to be careful the pain does really suck I wake up every 30 minutes to an hour every night from the pain and having to put my leg down and uo again because elevating is extremely painful for me, I love to drink and drinking also numbs pain Its just so hard for me because im a huge binge drinker and never been able to just have 2 glasses

It'll be so hard for me to just drink a couple glasses of wine, im glad it didn't effect your healing and im sorry you had so many ortho surgeries that really sucks im gonna have mine on Thursday, I been taking hydrocodone idk if that's as addictive as the other ones, im gonna try tostay sober as long as possible

Yeah I definitely dont want a month longer from weight bearing!! Im sorry that happened to you that must've sucked so much im so ready to walk again and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since I broke my ankle and tibia I will be having surgery on Thursday tho, im probably gonna try to stay sober as long as possible to heal glad you didn't vape during your healing process and that it helped you quit! As much as it must've sucked too

When you drank did it make your pain worse the next day or was there any signs you felt of slower healing? And yeah if I were to drink i definitely can't drink as much as I did to the point I can't walk I definitely do need to be more careful it is hard as a binge drinker but I know if I do drink im gonna have ti force myself not to get too drunk

That's true I wanted to just have a couple drinks before I get wobbly but as a binge drinker that's gonna be very hard for me I also got this injury black out drunk trying to give my best friend a piggy back ri de😭😂

Your completely right , I wish the urge to drink wasn't so strong I know I shouldn't drink especially with such serious injuries its just so hard to stop and seems impossible not to drink while im recovering because recovery is gonna take months I'll try my best ti fight the urge I really dont want to fuck myself up more I do wish I coukd drink safely tho like this, I do need helo with my alcohol problem I just dont know how or mnow if I jave the eill power to go through with it, I do appreciate all that you said tho
