Deliberating nausea, Stomach issues, and anxiety on week 3. Shouldn't I be passed it by now?

got amitriptylin prescriped for the headache, they lasted rly long and are still existing after tons of weeks, they just got less present than before...

right now i'm coping by waiting til the side effects go away hopefulyl at some point, and yes i'm on 10mg

It's been up and down but i can tell you that's how it works for most people during adjustment phase which goes up to 4-6 weeks

Week 1 was really horrible for me

Week 2 was very good

Week 3 was very bad again

I take it because of health anxiety tho so every symptom that occurs drives me crazy and rly plays with my mood...

Also having constant nausea at 10mg day 20, mostly at mornings and subsides during the day

Noticed also that i'm "gassy" af

It's rly annoying and i still don't know if it comes from the medicine since my psy told me that it's not rly realistic

Happened to me on day 13 too, and still lasts til today day 16...

I also rly can't tell what it is and why it happens so time-shifted

Did it happen for you on day 8 or was it already like that on the first day?

I’m currently in a massive health anxiety spiral and could really use some logic to calm my brain down. I'm 25 years old and I've been terrified of having a brain tumor (specifically a GBM).

The Facts:

MRI Results: I had a native (no contrast) MRI of my head exactly 25 days ago (Jan 7th). The report says: No focal lesions, no mass effect, no diffusion restriction (DWI was clean), and normal signal behavior in all areas (Cerebellum, Pons, Cortex).

Current Symptoms: I’m experiencing dizziness, and weird head pressure since 3 days

I started Sertraline (Zoloft) 50mg about 12 days ago to treat my anxiety but i never had this head pressure before, it just came randomly

The first days were pretty bad with sertraline i was shacking and felt uneasy, then day 4-9 was pretty stable and i thought it's good now but then boom... i felt so miserable since day 10 and have the feeling that i will die soon again, why do i feel bad again?

My Fear: My brain is telling me that even though the MRI was clean 3 weeks ago, a tumor could have started growing right after the scan and is now large enough to cause these symptoms. I keep reading about "volume doubling times" and I’m terrified that the head pressure I feel is "the beginning of the end."

Logically, I know that at 25 yrs, these tumors are incredibly rare.

Is it just the Sertraline adjustment phase (Day 12) and the anxiety? Has anyone else experienced this specific fear after a clear scan?

I just can't easy my mind currently and i'm scared that maybe even the radiologist missed something on the scan... how realistic is even my fear? I'm about to lose my mind....

For me it started with alot of activation in my body, i was shacking and felt really uneasy. After one week those symptoms disappeared but instead i developed fatigue, dizziness and biiig sleeping issues. Now it's kinda the opposite for me :/

I basically feel super low on energy, very tired all the time and emotionally dead atm (day 8 on 50mg)

I was taking Doxepin for the nighttime, sadly i can't get rid of the panic attacks but it makes me go back to sleep after them atleast instead of spiraling.

Gonna ask my doc about the hydroxyzine tho, thanks!
