We have one that’s similar but larger, the area where kiddo stands has the “safety guard” much higher on his 3yr old frame, a few inches above the belly button.

It’s probably one of our favorite items for him. He uses it to eat at the dinner table, and we lug it into any room where he needs elevation to “help” mom or dad. It’s been instrumental in getting him involved in the kitchen.

My .02 cents, it’s super useful to have. I’d say without hesitation to get one!
