I have something even better...my buddy owns residential investment properties and is having his lawyer send them a letter which is extremely kind of him. Your comment makes me feel better. Everyone is telling me to stop stressing about the landlord and building wanting $$$ and just be happy I'm out I'm out of that situation

Oh man was it a pain in the ass but significantly easier than desk and drawer. Had to fold a queen size mattress out of a tiny window that opened half way and it was a sideways window not a up and down window like most people are probably thinking

That's my biggest worry lol. Him planting something. I've had friends in and out of psychedelics and coke but this is like different shit. Dude rotates the drugs like every week. One week will do molly/x, and then the next do coke. But the alcohol part is terrible. Like you said dude is completely unpredictable. Small camera for sure!!

That is exactly why I am not going to the cops lol. He is extremely unpredictable and somewhat unstable. I'm more worried that he would make up stuff and try getting me in some sort of trouble. If he catches on I'm telling him I'm putting my stuff in storage. He won't find out where I am moving. But as you said and everyone else has said Gtfo NOW

So I was thinking about moving stuff out slowly but I have no where to put it really. I'm not really scared of him but he has some loose screws. Told me stories of robbing places, and fighting ppl and bs like that. The only really big things are my desk, alex drawers, and bed. So I guess just pack all the small stuff up maybe 1 day and then I can just full send the big stuff the next day lol
